IQC takes a hands-on approach to the development of your company's business system. Typically our IQC Consultants would perform the following functions:
- Facilitate implementation team meetings;
- Assist with the interpretation and understanding of the applicable standard;
- Assist with the development and documentation of the required policies, procedures, work instructions and
forms;
